1. The service
Jeos is a document analysis service that uses AI to compare multiple documents you upload - including but not limited to tenders, bids, contracts, policies, and specifications - producing a structured summary of requirements, differences, and risks. Jeos is provided by [company name] ("we", "us").
2. Not legal or professional advice
Jeos does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice, and its output must not be relied upon as a substitute for review by a qualified professional. Jeos is a decision-support tool intended to help your team identify areas warranting closer review - it may miss risks, misinterpret ambiguous wording, or flag items that turn out not to matter. You remain solely responsible for any decision made in connection with a tender submission, contract signature, or other action taken on the basis of a Jeos analysis. Always have material commercial and legal terms reviewed by a qualified professional before relying on them.
3. Your account
You must sign in with a valid Google or Microsoft account to use Jeos. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be authorised to upload any document you submit to the service.
4. Credits and billing
- Jeos operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased in bundles and consumed when you run a comparison.
- The credit cost of a comparison is shown and must be confirmed before you are charged - once confirmed and the job has started, that consumption is final except as described below.
- Credits do not expire and remain on your account until used.
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where a job fails to complete due to a fault in the service, in which case the credits for that job are automatically returned to your account.
- Prices are shown in GBP and may change from time to time; changes do not affect credits already purchased.
5. Your content
You retain all ownership rights in the documents you upload and in any report generated from them. You grant us a limited licence to process your documents solely to provide the service to you. See our privacy policy for full detail on how your documents and generated results are handled and deleted.
You must not upload any document you do not have the right to share, or any content that is unlawful, infringes a third party's rights, or that you know to be false or misleading.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Jeos to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the underlying AI models or analysis logic
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, or attempt to bypass credit metering
- Upload malicious files or content intended to disrupt the service or other users
7. Availability
We aim to keep Jeos available and performing reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend the service for maintenance, and may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Jeos, including any loss arising from a decision made in reliance on a Jeos analysis. Our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify active account holders before the change takes effect. Continued use of Jeos after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
