Jeos is designed for document sets that need to be cross-referenced rather than read one file at a time. Typical examples include contracts, scopes of work, specifications, tenders and bids, clarifications, requirements, procedures, technical documents, commissioning records, handover packs, meeting records, policies and project correspondence. The specialist tools cover many of these common review tasks, while User Defined comparison lets you write your own prompt for a use case that does not fit a built-in option.

Your uploaded documents are used to produce the analysis and are deleted after processing. Jeos does not keep copies of the source documents, and your content is not used to train AI models or shared with other customers. If you choose Save to Jeos, Jeos stores the completed analysis result and the information needed to show it in your History - not the original uploaded documents. Jeos supports PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PowerPoint (.pptx), HTML, plain text, and common image formats including JPEG, PNG, BMP, TIFF and HEIF. You'll need at least two documents for a comparison, and you can mix supported formats within the same analysis.

Yes. Completed analyses can be exported as PDF or Word. Specialist Jeos tools can also provide a structured Excel export where the analysis produces a register or matrix - for example a requirements register, tender compliance matrix, change register, deliverables register or responsibility matrix. Where structured data is available, the Excel export can also be downloaded later from History if you saved the result to Jeos.

No. Completed comparison results are not added to your History automatically. If you want to keep an analysis, choose Save to Jeos after it completes. Saved results can then be reopened from History, while results you do not choose to save are not retained there.

Jeos runs on credits, bought in bundles priced in GBP, EUR, or USD. New accounts start with 3 free credits to try the service before buying any. Credits are based on the amount of content being processed, not simply the number of files you upload. Small documents are grouped in batches of up to three when the estimate is calculated, while larger documents - over 5,000 words or over 10 pages - are priced individually. The underlying rate is 1 credit per 10,000 words for Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, or 1 credit per 50 pages for PDF, HTML and image files. Before an analysis starts, Jeos shows the estimated credit cost and a breakdown of how it was calculated, and you must confirm before credits are deducted. See pricing for current bundle rates.

Jeos is designed to surface issues that can be difficult to spot across a large document set - such as conflicting clauses, missing requirements, inconsistent responsibilities, changes between documents and buried conditions. It is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for professional judgement. Findings should be checked against the source documents before decisions are made. For contracts, tenders, or other documents with legal, financial, regulatory or commercial consequences, material terms should always be reviewed by an appropriately qualified professional.

Most analyses complete in a few minutes, although the time depends on the number, size and complexity of the documents being processed. You'll see live progress while Jeos works through extraction and analysis rather than being left with a blank loading screen. Structured Excel output for specialist tools is produced as part of the same analysis rather than through a separate full document-review run.

Yes - Jeos supports signing in with either a Google or a Microsoft account.

No - credits stay on your account until you use them, including your free signup credits. If you delete your account, any remaining credits are forfeited and can't be refunded, so it's worth using them first. See our terms and conditions for the full billing terms.
