Jeos reads multiple documents at once and produces a structured comparison in minutes rather than hours. It extracts requirements across every document you upload, flags conflicts between them, and surfaces the details worth a closer look - whichever kind of document you're working with. Tender and contract review are two common uses, but Jeos isn't limited to them - it's a general-purpose document comparison tool, and you can also write your own prompt for a use case that doesn't fit a built-in template.

Any documents you need cross-referenced against each other - Jeos isn't built around one document type. A few of the built-in analysis templates cover Tender & Bid Analysis (for teams deciding how to price and position a bid) and Contract Delivery & Operations Analysis (for teams mobilising after a contract is won), including a specialised version for water sector tenders. Those are examples, not the limit - you can also select User Defined and write your own prompt to compare policies, specifications, insurance documents, HR materials, or anything else you need analysed consistently across multiple files.

They're used only to produce your analysis, then deleted immediately afterward. We don't keep copies, and your content is never used to train any AI model or shared with any other customer. See our privacy policy for the full detail on exactly what's retained and for how long.

PDF, Word (.docx and legacy .doc), Excel (.xlsx and .xls), PowerPoint (.pptx and .ppt), HTML, plain text, and common image formats (scanned pages, photos of documents). You'll need at least two documents for a comparison, and you can mix formats freely within the same comparison.

Jeos runs on credits, bought in bundles priced in GBP, EUR, or USD. For Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files, pricing is based on word count: 1 credit per 10,000 words. For PDF, HTML, and image files, pricing is based on page count: 1 credit per 50 pages. Before you run a comparison, you'll always see exactly how many credits it will use, broken down per file, and need to confirm before anything is charged - no surprises. Jeos is very good at surfacing things a time-pressured human reviewer might miss across a large document set - conflicting clauses, inconsistent requirements, buried detail across long documents - but it is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for expert review in whatever field your documents belong to. Every flagged item includes the document and section it came from specifically so your team can verify it directly rather than take it on faith. For contracts, tenders, or other documents with legal or commercial consequences, always have material terms reviewed by a qualified professional before relying on them.

Most comparisons complete in a few minutes, depending on document length and how many you've uploaded. You'll see live progress as it works through extraction and analysis rather than a blank loading screen.

Yes - Jeos supports signing in with either a Google or a Microsoft account.

No - credits stay on your account until you use them. If you delete your account, any remaining credits are forfeited and can't be refunded, so it's worth using them up first. See our terms and conditions for the full billing terms.
